If you discover a problem with your vehicle you should always call Ensurall. Speak to one of our customer service representatives and advise them of the symptoms your vehicle is exhibiting. You will be asked to take your vehicle to your local mechanic.
With Ensurall your mechanic is our mechanic. Our warranty holders choose where to take their vehicles for repair, it could be your local mechanic you have used for years and years or the dealership you purchased the car from.
You will authorize the mechanic to diagnose your vehicle and to call us before the diagnosis begins. If necessary our Claims Adjuster will consult with the mechanic or service advisor on diagnosis procedures. Once the vehicle is diagnosed a written estimate is sent to Ensurall for Approval.
In the vast majority of cases Ensurall will adjudicate a claim within 2 hours of receiving a written estimate from your mechanic or service adviser. Approvals are sent back to the mechanic in writing detailing covered components and the labour time to replace those components.
Once the work on your car is complete a final invoice is sent back to Ensurall indicating the work is complete. Ensurall makes payment to the mechanic shop or dealership directly on Ensurall’s corporate credit card as soon as the work is complete. This allows for a Fast & Hassle Free process, getting you in and out as soon as possible.
