ENSURALL CLAIMS PROCEDURE
Ensurall Warranty Holder’s are welcome to take their vehicle to any licensed repair facility of their choice. As soon as a vehicle has been diagnosed, and before any repairs begin, our Claims Adjusters will need the Concerns, Cause and Correction emailed to CLAIMS@ENSURALL.COM or submit your documents below

CONCERN: Upload a signed Work Order
Max. file size: 50 MB.
A signed Work Order with Customer concerns, vehicle information, customer information, current odometer reading etc.
CAUSE: Upload A Technician's Diagnosis
Max. file size: 50 MB.
The technician’s complete diagnosis detailing the cause of failure (tech notes) with fault codes, error messages etc. If leaks are a concern, photos and/or videos may be requested.
CORRECTION: Upload Repair Breakdown & Estimates
Max. file size: 50 MB.
Repair Breakdown/Estimate with parts and labour (part numbers/part prices/part warranty Information). The repair facility’s labour rate and labour time per part must be included, keeping in mind of overlapping labour time.
Notes
Depending on the repair, valid Service/Maintenance receipts may be required for review (Cash payments cannot be validated) before approval.
Claims that are not pre-authorized by Ensurall will be customer pay and not be refunded and/or paid to Repair facility
Ensurall pays by Credit Card to the Repair Facility on Pre-Approved Claims
