ENSURALL CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Ensurall Warranty Holder’s are welcome to take their vehicle to any licensed repair facility of their choice. As soon as a vehicle has been diagnosed, and before any repairs begin, our Claims Adjusters will need the Concerns, Cause and Correction emailed to CLAIMS@ENSURALL.COM or submit your documents below

A signed Work Order with Customer concerns, vehicle information, customer information, current odometer reading etc.

The technician’s complete diagnosis detailing the cause of failure (tech notes) with fault codes, error messages etc. If leaks are a concern, photos and/or videos may be requested.
Max. file size: 50 MB.
Repair Breakdown/Estimate with parts and labour (part numbers/part prices/part warranty Information). The repair facility’s labour rate and labour time per part must be included, keeping in mind of overlapping labour time.



Notes

  1. Depending on the repair, valid Service/Maintenance receipts may be required for review (Cash payments cannot be validated) before approval.
  2. Claims that are not pre-authorized by Ensurall will be customer pay and not be refunded and/or paid to Repair facility
  3. Ensurall pays by Credit Card to the Repair Facility on Pre-Approved Claims
